Presenting a Resource Person from KPK RI, Semen Gresik Holds Learn & Share Anti Gratification in the Company Environment
Rembang, July 8th, 2024 – PT Semen Gresik, a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) held an online Learn & Share entitled building integrity as an effective step against bribery and gratification in the company environment (12/6).
Present as Opening Speech virtually President Director of PT Semen Gresik, Muchamad Supriyadi, Director of Finance and Human Resources, Fardhi Sjahrul Ade, Director of Operations, Benny Ismanto, and the main speaker of the KPK Gratification Control Program Task Force, Mutiara Carina Rizky Artha, along with employees.
In his speech, Muchamad Supriyadi said that this agenda is part of the representation of management's commitment in implementing the ISO 37001: 2016 Quality Management Standard on Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP).
"We believe that the people of Semen Gresik are able to filter which ones include gratuities and corruption in the company environment. So, this shows capability, loyalty and integrity to the company," he explained.
Supriyadi continued, learn & share is the company's commitment in maintaining the spirit of anti-gratification and corruption with the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) or good and clean corporate governance.
"Management hopes that the culture of anti-gratification and corruption will become the mentality and daily behavior of employees. Of course, this requires support from all lines, starting from leaders to employees. Let us jointly realize PT Semen Gresik which is Clean & Clear," he said.
Meanwhile, the main speaker of the Gratification Control Program Task Force of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Mutiara Carina Rizky Artha, explained that gratification and corruption, both large and small scale, will always intersect in the lives of every person.
"So, we need to know how to take effective steps in responding properly, by daring to refuse or avoid when we see the potential for bribery or gratuities in the company environment and daily life," she explained.
He continued, by implementing an anti-gratuity culture correctly, it is hoped that the work environment of every human being will become calmer and more comfortable, so as to be able to make enthusiasm in making the best contribution to the company.
