Strengthening Media Relations, SG Receives a Visit from 45 National Journalists in Rembang Factory
Rembang, December 19, 2022 – PT Semen Gresik (PTSG) received a visit from 45 journalists from various national media in PTSG’s Edupark area and Rumah BUMN (RB) Rembang, December 16, 2022.
Journalists’ visit to the leading cement company in Indonesia was initiated by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or SIG on the SIG Media Gathering agenda.
PTSG’s Senior Manager of Communication & CSR, Dharma Sunyata, expressed his gratitude to the journalists from all over Jakarta for visiting PTSG’s Edupark Area and RB Rembang.
“PTSG has committed to strengthening media relations since the media play a strategic role and position as a means of delivering information that can affect the company’s reputation in the eyes of stakeholders,” said Sunyata in his press release (19/12).
Sunyata explained that the agenda aimed to strengthen good relations with journalists and allow them to observe the excellent and eco-friendly business operations directly and explore community empowerment programs in more detail.
“We are thankful for all your attention and participation during the visit to Rembang Factory. We hope this activity will be useful for the Companies and journalists across Jakarta,” he continued.
Moreover, one of the journalists, Ferry, was convinced that PTSG’s commitment to community empowerment is commendable, particularly in environmental management and empowering local MSMEs.
