Semen Gresik's RB Rembang becomes a benchmarking destination for RB coordinators throughout Central Java
Rembang, October 16th, 2023 – PT Semen Gresik's Rembang BUMN House (RB), which is managed in co-partnership with PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), received a benchmarking visit from representatives of BUMN House coordinators in Central Java (10/10).
Young CFO of Rumah BUMN Central Java, Putri Irmawati Yunitasari, explained that the benchmark agenda was carried out by 4 people consisting of CEOs and young CFOs of RB Central Java, to know business management governance and best practices at RB Rembang.
"Seeing firsthand how the management and optimization of programs at RB Rembang for MSMEs, communities, and millennials so far. So that we can absorb best practices as a learning medium that other RB managers throughout Central Java can apply," he explained.
He continued, that this is an effort from the Ministry of BUMN_ through the RB coordinator in Central Java to standardize the management of BUMN Houses in Indonesia to benefit the wider community.
Meanwhile, the CEO of Rumah BUMN Rembang, Yeni Indah Lestari, expressed her appreciation and gratitude for the selection of RB Rembang as a benchmark destination.
"This shows that RB Rembang's management is good and has been comprehensive in carrying out its functions so that it can become a reference for comparative studies from other parties," she said.
He admitted that the success of Semen Gresik continues to be committed to encouraging the empowerment of MSMEs, Communities, and Millennials. So significantly RB Rembang managed to record a total transaction of Rp 2.92 M, as many as 285 fostered MSMEs upgraded, and was able to hold 69 trainings since operating in 2020.
