VISION

To be a CSR executive that focuses on environment preservation and sustainable social responsibility, to provide best-added value for all stakeholders.


MISSION

  1. Running CSR programs based on triple line harmonization principles (Profit, Planet, People) and SDGs Concept.
  2. Realizing CSR management towards Good Corporate Citizen.



STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

  1. Achieving a position as an ethical & responsible company.
  2. Giving a real contribution to people's welfare and high environmental care.

LEGAL BASIS

The implementation of community development in Indonesia is assisted by several regulations interrelated with one another. These regulations can be utilized as a guideline or justification in implementing community empowerment programs. Some of these regulations include:

  1. Law No.19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprise;
  2. Law No.40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies;
  3. Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies;
  4. Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprise No. PER-06/MBU/09/2022 Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-05/MBU/04/2021 concerning SOE Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs.
  5. The Articles of Association of PT Semen Gresik as stated in the Notary Deed Number 15 dated 17 July 2020 made before Adil Surya Dharma, SH., M.Kn. Notary in Gresik.
  6. Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Semen Gresik No. 04 of 2022 concerning Company Organizational Structure.
  7. ISO 26000 SR: 2010 on Social Responsibility/Core-Subjects.
