Sonaya Elevates Rembang's Original Kawista Fruit into a High Economic Value Syrup Drink

Starting from the desire to preserve the typical Rembang fruit which has begun to be rare and rare to find. Therefore, in maintaining the taste of kawista fruit so that it is not lost on the tongue of the community, Sonaya took the initiative to make it a syrup drink.
Soffa said that Sonaya can sell 4000 bottles a year, with each bottle selling for Rp 19,000. The distribution of the product can reach areas in Rembang, Blora, and surrounding areas.
“Sonaya's kawista syrup is produced with high quality, made without preservatives, with premium cane sugar. Sonaya presents a refreshing kawista flavor, the original kawista flavor makes this syrup different from the others,” he said.

According to him, during its 4 years of existence, RB Rembang has recorded a total transaction of Rp 3.9 billion, with 415 MSME partners, and successfully held 112 training sessions for fostered MSMEs, millennials, and the community.
