Strengthening Organizational Culture Transformation, PTSG Holds Internalization of AKHLAK Core Values
Rembang, December 8, 2022 - PT Semen Gresik (PTSG) held another internalization of AKHLAK core values for all of its employees in the Transit Room of the PTSG CCR Building, Rembang factory, on December 6-9, 2022.
The internalization was led by ACT Consulting International under the theme, “Raising PTSG employees’ awareness and understanding of AKHLAK behavioral and cultural transformation.”
The Head of the PTSG’s HR & Management System Department, Ummi Shofiana, explained that the overall transformation at PTSG had gone well, considering PTSG’s achievement at the 2022 AKHLAK Awards for receiving the highest score in the Infrastructure Services cluster.
“The internalization agenda of AKHLAK core values lasted for four days, and the activity was divided into two sessions, namely debriefing for change agents and change leaders/boosters,” said Ummi in her press release statement (8/12).
She continued, the internalization of AKHLAK core values was expected to serve as a driving force for all elements, including unit leaders and employees, to be more enthusiastic and active in implementing AKHLAK core values in their services.
“We hope that from now on, all employees will consciously apply AKHLAK core values in their daily activities, both in the workplace and their personal lives. We also hope that this implementation will be evaluated as a HEALTHY category (> 65%) according to the AKHLAK Culture Health Index (ACHI) by an independent institution,” she said.
Furthermore, one of the participants, Alfi Fadhil, claimed that this event was very meaningful for transforming the mindset of change agents in the workplace and daily activities and increasing their understanding of AKHLAK core values.
“Hopefully, this kind of soft skills training will be held more frequently in the future. Besides spreading positive energy and thoughts to all employees, it also encourages the spirit of productive and creative performance in the work environment,” he concluded.
